Edile S.p.A., using the expertise of an entrepreneur Davide Bizzi, was founded by the latter in 2016 as a construction and general contracting company.

During the first two years of activity, Edile mainly managed the reclamation of part of the former Falck Areas of Sesto San Giovanni on behalf of Milanosesto S.p.A., the largest industrial redevelopment project in Europe.

During 2018 Edile signed an important contract for the construction of a San Donato Group hospital (a leading healthcare operator in Italy) in the area that hosted the Milan Expo. As part of this project, with a surface area of 180,000 square meters and a height of 90 meters above ground, Edile in May 2019completed the largest continuous concrete casting ever carried out in Europe and the second largest in the world.

Edile S.p.A. is also managing the construction of the new MARR headquarters in Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN) and for the renovation of Hotel Angst, a historical landmark building in Bordighera.
With these projects under way, Edile S.p.A.is proud to have become one of the leading players in the general contracting sector in Italy and aims to extend its activities across Europe.
